Appointments & Card on File

A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. This card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).

This policy allows us to respect our time and accommodate other clients.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Future bookings may require you to text before booking or may be declined after repeated no-shows.

Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

If you are more than 7 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Late arrivals may still be subject to the 50% cancellation fee if the appointment cannot be completed.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medications, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to their appointment. Services may be refused if contraindications are present.

Aligned Wax Studio is a safe, clean, judgment-free, and respectful space. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment and refusal of future services.
